There's a balance in creating content for other to digest. I don't think it's necessarily tied to the length of the content , but rather how long it's the author to get their point across. Work to understand the actual problem trying to be solved, come up with a solution, and then repeatily ask out loud 'how can I make the answer simpler'.

The philosophy and theory of William of Ockham sums it up pretty well. Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem

Don't think you can out think everyone else in the world.
